基于施工企业进行全过程造价控制的重要性,论述了在招投标、工程施工、竣工结算等阶段实施造价控制的措施,旨在保证工程质量、工期、安全的前提下,实现经济社会效益的最大化。
Based on whole-process cost control importance of construction enterprises,the paper discusses measures of implementing cost control at bidding and tender phase,engineering construction phase and completion settlement,with a view to realize maximum economic and social benefits in the premise of guaranteeing engineering quality,construction duration and safety.
