摘要
氧化石墨烯载药应用于医学的预防和治疗领域是目前研究的热点。综述了近年来氧化石墨烯及其衍生物作为药物载体在控释性能及其生物安全性方面的最新研究。证实了氧化石墨烯兼具被动靶向及大量可接入活性基团的优点,是发展靶向纳米药物传输的理想载体。
The prevention and treatment of graphene oxide drug delivery used in medicine is a hot topic at present. This paper reviewsthe graphene oxide and its derivatives as drug carriers in controlled release properties and biological safety of the latest research. It isconfirmed that the graphene oxide both advantages of passive targeting and a large number of active groups, which is an ideal carrier tothe development of nano drug delivery target.
