煤化工中水处理中超滤-反渗透设计

摘要 煤化工循环水场中的需水量占据鲜水总用量的80%左右。对工厂废水进行回收、深处理及再利用,可节约煤化工厂资金成本,有效提升经济、环境及社会效益。以超滤-反渗透工艺为例,具体分析煤化工厂回用水处理工程。 Water demand is very big in the circulating water field, and occupis around 80% of the fresh water total amount in the coal chemical factory. If supply water quantity is fresh water, it will bring great resources waste to coal chemical factory. Recycling, deep treatment and reusing of factory waste water not only can save coal plant capital cost, and also can effectively improve the economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit. Taken ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis process as example, this paper made specific analysis of recycled water treatment engineering in coal chemical factory.
