有效培训的未来追求:走向逻辑一致性 被引量:1

摘要 教师培训的有效性是培训活动的根本宗旨。有效培训走向逻辑一致性是由教师学习的知识类型决定的、得到吸取脑科学最新研究成果的学习理论支持的、为诸多教育研究者实践证明的科学原则,它应该成为未来有效培训设计与实施的一种追求。与此同时,从横向逻辑一致性、纵向逻辑一致性两个视角对逻辑一致性原则下有效培训的实施路径进行了论述。
