摘要
利用AMEsim软件对90m自升式海上平台液压升降系统建模。通过给定模拟信号,针对平台安全需求,对平台额定、预压和提升齿轮失效升降工况进行仿真,重点分析了液压系统中马达的性能。仿真结果表明:在预压工况和单只提升齿轮失效工况下,液压系统运行安全平稳,各马达的性能均能满足要求,拥有足够的扭矩和转速,能够安全可靠地驱动提升齿轮同步动作,带动平台主体或桩腿工作,验证了该系统设计的合理性。
AMEsim software is used in the modeling of the 90m jack-up platform hydraulic jacking system. With the specified simulation signals, the rated jacking, the pre-loading and the lifting gear failure conditions are simulated to ensure the safety of the platform, where emphasis is laid on the analysis of the motor performance in the hydraulic system. The simulation results show that the hydraulic system can maintain safe and stable operation, and all the motor performance can meet the requirements with enough torque and revolution in case the pre-loading and the single lifting gear fails, so it is able to safely and reliably driving the lifting gears in synchronized motion, making the platform or legs work, and thus validating the design rationality of the system.
