网页界面满意度评估的事件相关电位研究 被引量:10

Event-Related Potential Study on Webpages Satisfaction Evaluation

摘要 为了考察用户进行网页界面满意度评估的认知加工过程,实验中要求14名被试对随机呈现的420个网页刺激进行满意度评估并快速做出按键反应,同时记录被试的行为数据和事件相关电位(ERP)数据。数据分析结果显示:与满意度水平一般的网页界面相比,被试对满意和不满意的网页界面做出反应的时间更短;P2、N2和晚期正成分(LPP)可以作为满意度评估的标志,并且在额叶和中央区三者均表现出对满意的网页界面加工的左半球优势,LPP还表现出对不满意的网页界面加工的右半球优势。 To investigate users' cognitive processing when they are evaluating satisfactory degree of webpages,14 subjects were required to evaluate the satisfactory level for each of the 420 webpages and to press the corresponding button quickly at the same time.Their behavior and event-related potential(ERP)data were collected at the same time.Experimental results showed that the reaction times were shorter for satisfactory and unsatisfactory webpages than for the medium.The ERP results indicated that P2,N2 and late positive potential component(LPP)averaged amplitudes were three important symbols of satisfaction evaluation.For the frontal/central P2,N2 and LPP,the left hemisphere was more activated when processing the satisfactory webpages,while for frontal/central LPP the right hemisphere was more activated when processing the dissatisfactory webpages.
