摘要
成都理工大学田径队已经逐步发展成为具有一定底蕴的,有水平的、成熟的运动队,先后在各级大学生田径比赛中取得了优异的成绩。经过长期的探索与实践,笔者总结出一套具有一定特色、切实有效的田径队建设体系,为高校田径教育与运动训练做出了理论与实践的双重贡献。
The athletics team of Chengdu University of Technology has gradually developed into a traditional sports team. The team has a certain level and maturity. It has achieved excellent rewards in competition at all levels of college athletics. The author summarizes the construction system of athletics team with certain characteristics and effectiveness after long-term exploration and practice. The author made a dual contribution to the theory and practice of education and sports training for college athletics.
