本文从社会指标的变化阐述了新的社会发展观念 ,同时分析社会发展理念与城市建设的关系 ,以及当今城市建设在经济、社会、环境等方面的主要问题 ,指出以新的发展理念指导城市建设 ,必须走协同发展的道路 。

This article expounds the change of social index and the new concept of social development and analyzes the connection between the concept of social development and the urban construction, as well as the main problem of social development in economy, society and environment. The author points out the need of coordinate development under the new concept of social development, and then discusses the maneuverability of coordinate development.
