摘要
本文从教育对社会和经济发展的重要性出发 ,论证了教育消费与人口质量、经济增长、消费方式的关系 ,提出了促使教育热点形成的条件 。
Starting from the importance of the education for the social and economic development, the article discusses the relationship between educational consumption, the population quality, the economy increase and the modes of consumption. It puts forward some conditions to promote the education and some issues to be taken care of are also envisaged in educational consumption
