离子推力器碳基材料栅极研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 栅极组件是离子推力器的关键部组件之一,直接影响推力器的性能和寿命。相比传统金属钼,碳基材料具备较低的热膨胀系数和较强的耐离子溅射性,是离子推力器栅极组件的理想材料,可以有效提高推力器的寿命和可靠性,碳基材料栅极组件已被国外先进离子推力器广泛采用。在调研国外碳基材料栅极研制过程的基础上,结合国内碳基材料研制水平,针对目前我国离子推力器的长远发展部署,提出开展碳基材料栅极组件制造的初步建议。 Ion optics system,one of key components for ion thruster,is a determining factor that influences the performanceand durability of ion thruster.Carbon- based materials,including carbon- carbon composite material and pyrolyticgraphite,have shown nearly an order of magnitude improvement in sputter erosion resistance and coefficient of thermal expansionover molybdenum. Carbon is the perfect material for grid,which was demonstrated that it can enhance the performanceand life of ion thruster effectively,and has been successfully applied in a series of advanced ion thrusters. Developmentof carbon-based material grid and the character of carbon-based materials are investigated in this paper. Aiming atlong-term progress strategy of ion thruster,preliminary suggestions for fabrication carbon-based material grid are put forwardin view of the domestic development level of carbon-based materials.
