摘要
介绍了美国国家层面、州及州以下的计量管理制度,并简要与国内的计量管理制度进行了对比分析。该对比研究对国内的法制计量,特别是计量行政管理的改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
The metrological management system in America ,including the national level, the state level and below, is introduced ,and a brief comparative analysis with the domestic management system is carried out. The comparative research has a certain reference signiifcance on the reform and development of the domestic legal metrology, particularly on the metrological administration.
