“冬病夏治”辨证施护穴位敷贴防治肺系疾病的护理研究

Research on winter disease cured in summer syndrome differentiation nursing of acupoint application in preventing and treating lung diseases

目的:在"冬病夏治"穴位敷贴中融入辨证施护,提高护理质量。方法:对450例"冬病夏治"穴位敷贴患者进行通常护理宣教和辨证施护。结果:所有患者均效果满意,1年后随访,患者的呼吸道感染的次数显示,护理后明显高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在"冬病夏治"穴位敷贴中,加强护理宣教和融入中医护理辨证施护的相关内容,有利于发挥中医辨证施护的优势,突出中医护理特色,加强临床疗效。

Objective: To combine winter disease cured in summer acupoint application with syndrome differentiation nursing in addition to improving nursing quality. Methods: 450 winter disease cured in summer acupoint application patients received regular nursing education and syndrome differentiation nursing. Results: All the patients were satisfied with the therapeutic effect, follow-up one year later showed that after the treatment the patients times of respiratory infections were significantly less than that before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening nursing education and combining TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in winter disease cured in summer acupoint application exerted the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing and highlighted the characteristics of TCM nursing and achieved a good clinical therapeutic effect.
