更年期高血压的蒙药治疗与药理分析

Clinical effect and pharmacological analysis of Mongolian medicine for menopause hypertension

目的:观察蒙药验方对临床更年期高血压的疗效。方法:按蒙医的高血压分型,选择患者绝经期前后高血压患者各60例,分蒙药治疗组和西药对照组,常规治疗20 d。结果:更年期高血压蒙药治疗组平均总有效率85.2%;对照组血压平均总有效率73.7%。结论:更年期高血压的蒙药治疗组与其对照组相比,其血压及临床症状的改善有显著统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),蒙医验方治疗高血压具有很好的临床疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Mongolian medicine prescription onmenopause hypertension. Methods: 60 Cases were selected with hypertension before and after menopause and divided into the Mongolian medicine treatment group and western medicinecontrol group; the two groupswere provided to both groups for 20 days. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.2%, while that of the control group was 73.7%. Conclusion: Comparedwith the control group, the blood pressure and improvementin clinical symptoms of the Mongolian medicine treatment grouphave significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and Mongolian medicine prescription has a good clinical effect onmenopause hypertension.
