高危儿脑损伤早期中西医综合康复治疗86例

Integrated TCM and western medicine rehabilitation in treating 86 cases of high risk infants with brain injury in early stage

目的:探讨高危儿脑损伤早期中西医综合康复治疗86例的效果。方法:选取我院儿科2001年1月—2014年1月所收治的高危儿脑损伤患儿86例,对其进行早期中西医综合康复治疗。结果:不同开始治疗年龄患儿的临床疗效之间存在较为明显的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同病情程度患儿的临床疗效之间存在较为明显的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期中西医综合康复治疗高危儿脑损伤患儿的临床效果较佳,安全可靠,能够在最大程度上降低其病残率和脑瘫率,值得推广应用。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated TCM and western medicine rehabilitation in treating 86 cases of high risk infants with brain injury in early stage. Methods: 86 cases of high risk infants with brain injury admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2001 to January 2014 were selected and given integrated TCM and western medicine rehabilitation in early stage. Results: There was insignificant difference in the therapeutic effect of infants who started treatment at different ages, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); There was insignificant difference in the therapeutic effect of infants whose condition was different, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated TCM and western medicine rehabilitation had significant clinical effect in treating high risk infants with brain injury in early stage, it was safe and reliable in addition to decreasing the disability rate and the cerebral palsy rate to the greatest extent, therefore, it was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
