甘草治疗妊娠合并免疫性血小板减少患者的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of treatment of pregnancy associated with immune thrombocytopeniaby Licorice

目的:探讨甘草治疗妊娠合并免疫性血小板减少患者的疗效。方法:选择我院产科在2012年1月—2013年1月所收治的12例妊娠合并免疫性血小板减少患者,患者从入院开始就煎服甘草,2次/d,30 g/d,不给予静脉注射肾上腺皮质激素类药物及丙种球蛋白,治疗后第2周、4周、6周、8周时对患者的BPC进行评价。结果:治疗前患者的BPC值与治疗2周时患者的BPC值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05,t=2.41)。但治疗前患者的BPC值与治疗4周、6周、8周时患者的BPC值存在着较为明显的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01,t分别为7.82、6.98、4.68)。同时,BPC值随治疗时间的延长而升高。本组12例患者均未出现内脏出血、黏膜出血、皮肤出血的表现,均已脱离血小板输注。结论:甘草治疗妊娠合并免疫性血小板减少患者的疗效较佳,安全可靠,不良反应较少,值得推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the effects of licorice in the treatment of pregnant women associated with immune thrombocytopenia. Methods: 12 pregnant women with immune thrombocytopenic were admitted in obstetric hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected. Licorice decoction was provided 2 times / day and total 30 g / day to the patients but intravenous injection of adrenal corticosteroids and gamma globulin was not given. BPC level of patients was evaluated after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment. Results: The difference in BPC value of the patient before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05, t=2.41). But the differences in BPC value before treatment and after 4 weeks, 6 weeksand 8 weeks of treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01, t= 7.82,6.98,4.68 respectively). Meanwhile, BPC value over the duration of treatment increased. All the 12 patients treated did not experienced internal bleeding, mucosal bleeding, and bleeding in the skin's performance. Patients had been out of platelet transfusion. Conclusion: Licorice has good effect on pregnant women with immune thrombocytopenia with highlyandreliablesafetybut fewer adverse reactions, whichshould be widely application.
