中西医结合治疗急性前葡萄膜炎临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on acute anterior uveitis

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性前葡萄膜炎的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月—2014年6月于我院就诊的急性前葡萄膜炎患者60例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者给予西医治疗;观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗之后,观察组总治愈率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,两组对比有显著的差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在临床治疗急性前葡萄膜炎时,应大力推广更具有治疗效率的中西医结合治疗。

Objective: To investigate clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on acute anterior uveitis. Methods: 60 cases of acute anterior uveitis patients admitted our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with single western medicine while those in the observation group were providedintegrated Chinese and western medicine treatment. Results: The total curativerate in the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrated Chinese and western medicine should be promoted in the treatment of acute anterior uveitis.
