柳氮磺吡啶联合补肾通痹汤加减治疗强直性脊柱炎30例临床疗效观察

Clinical therapeutic effect observation of Sulfasalazine combined with modified Bushen tongbi decoction in treating 30 cases ankylosing spondylitis

目的:研究柳氮磺吡啶联合补肾通痹汤加减治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:选择并纳入我院2012年1月—2014年12月强直性脊柱炎患者60例,进行分组研究。治疗组给予柳氮磺吡啶联合补肾通痹汤加减治疗,对比组给予柳氮磺吡啶治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗结果、治疗前后临床指标SCHOBER试验、CRP和ESR的变化,并比较两组的副作用。结果:治疗组临床总疗效明显高于对比组(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床指标SCHOBER试验、CRP和ESR均明显优于对比组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者副作用明显比对比组少(P<0.05)。结论:柳氮磺吡啶联合补肾通痹汤加减治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切,可减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状。还可减轻不良反应,提升治疗安全性。

Objective: To study the clinical therapeutic effect of Sulfasalazine combined with modified Bushen tongbi Decoction in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: 60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were divided into control group and treatment group evenly, the control group received Sulfasalazine while the treatment group received Sulfasalazine combined with modified Bushen tongbi Decoction. The clinical therapeutic effect, the changes of clinical indexes SCHOBER test, CRP and ESR before and after the treatment, the side effects of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the clinical indexes SCHOBER test, CRP and ESR of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05); the side effect of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sulfasalazine combined with modified Bushen tongbi Decoction had good therapeutic effect in treating ankylosing spondylitis, it could relieve inflammatory reaction and clinical symptoms in addition to decreasing adverse reaction and improving treatment security.
