扶正祛湿方联合阿莫西林胶囊治疗老年性泌尿系感染45例

Righting dampness combined with amoxil capsule in treating 45 cases elderly patients with urinary tract infection

目的:观察扶正祛湿方药联合阿莫西林胶囊治疗老年泌尿系感染的临床疗效。方法:选取78例老年泌尿系感染患者,分为两组,治疗组45例,对照组33例。对照组给与西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给与扶正祛湿中药方进行治疗,治疗15 d后,对症状和尿液检查进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组治愈32例,显效9例,无效4例,总有效率为91.1%,而对照组治愈17例,显效6例,无效10例,总有效率为69.7%,两组比较具有显著性差异。结论:扶正祛湿方联合阿莫西林胶囊对老年泌尿系感染患者具有较好的临床疗效,明显缓解老年泌尿系感染患者临床症状。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of righting dampness combined with amoxil capsule in treating elderly patients with urinary tract infection. Methods: 78 elderly patients with urinary tract infection were divided into the control group(33 cases) and the treatment group(45 cases) in each group. The patients in the control group received routine western medicine treatment while the patients in the treatment group patients received righting dampness combined with amoxil capsule on the basis of western medicine treatment; the therapeutic effects of two groups were evaluated 15 days later via symptoms and urine tests. Results: After treatment, 32 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective and 4 cases were ineffective in the treatment group, the total efficacy rate was 91.1% while 17 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases were ineffective in the control group, the total efficacy rate was 69.7%, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Righting dampness combined with amoxil capsule had good clinical therapeutic effect in treating elderly patients with urinary tract infection and it could relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients significantly.
