中药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Chinese herbal medicine in treating helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis

目的:本研究旨在观察中药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效,以期为治疗方案的制定提供依据。方法:将2014年5月—2015年5月本院收治的100例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者,按照随机对照的原则分成观察组以及对照组各50例。对照组患者仅给予西药常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合中药进行治疗,疗程为1个月。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,并注意记录不良反应的发生情况。随访半年,观察两组疾病复发率。结果:治疗结束后,两组患者的临床症状均较治疗前明显好转;观察组患者的临床疗效、治疗期间的不良反应的发生情况,以及随访期间的疾病复发率均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义。结论:运用中药治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎,具有较好的临床疗效,能够显著降低疾病复发率,且药物安全性好,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective: This study was designed to investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese herbal medicine in treating helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis. Methods: 100 patients with helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received only conventional western medicine treatment while patients in the observation received Chinese herbal medicine treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the treatment lasted one month. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded. Follow-up of six months was given to observe the rate of recurrence. Results: After treatment, the clinical symptoms of two groups were significantly improved than that before treatment; the clinical therapeutic effect, adverse reactions, relapse rate of occurrence in the follow-up period of the observation group were significantly superior to that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese herbal medicine had better clinical efficacy in treating helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis, it could significantly reduce the relapse rate and the drug was safe, it was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
