孟鲁司特钠联合养阴合剂治疗过敏性咽炎临床观察

Clinical observation of montelukast sodium combined with Nourishing Yin mixture in treating allergic pharyngitis

目的:孟鲁司特钠联合养阴合剂治疗过敏性咽炎的疗效。方法:选择过敏性咽炎患者120例,随机的分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组患者给予养阴合剂,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠,对比两组患者疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.3%,显著优于对照组的76.7%,差异显著(P<0.05);且观察组在伴发咽喉肿痛的改善率上显著优于对照组,在伴发过敏性鼻炎的改善率上显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合养阴合剂治疗过敏性咽炎能够显著提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with Nourishing Yin mixture in treating allergicpharyngitis. Methods： 120 patients with allergic pharyngitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Nourishing Yin mixture while the patients in the observation groupreceived montelukast sodium combined with Nourishing Yin mixture; the efficacy of two groups of patients was compared. Results： Thetotal effective rate of the observation group was 98.3%, which was significantly better than that of the control group, 76.7%, and thedifference was significant （P〈0.05）; and the concomitant improvement of sore throat and allergic rhinitis of the observation group weresignificantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Moontelukast sodium combinedwith Nourishing Yin mixture could significantly improve clinical effects in treating allergic pharyngitis and should be widely applied.
