清热润燥方治疗慢性支气管炎急性期燥热咳嗽的临床研究

Clinical research on Qingre Runzao Formula in treating dry cough in acute phase of chronic bronchitis

目的:观察口服清热润燥方7 d治疗慢性支气管炎急性期燥热咳嗽的有效性。方法:采用随机对照的研究方案,将确诊为慢性支气管炎急性期燥热咳嗽的60例患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组给予常规现代医学治疗,治疗组给予清热润燥方。结果:治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率76.7%,P<0.05,有统计学意义,说明治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论:运用清热润燥方治疗慢性支气管炎急性期燥热咳嗽临床效果满意。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of oral administration of Qingre Runzao Formula for 7 days in treating drycough in acute phase of chronic bronchitis. Method： 60 patients with dry cough in acute phase of chronic bronchitis were randomly dividedinto the control group and the treatment group, with 30 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional modern medicinetreatment while the treatment group received Qingre Runzao Formula. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% , theeffective rate of the control group was 76.7%, P〈0.05 and it was statistically significant. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group wassignificantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Qingre Runzao Formula had satisfactory clinical effect in treating dry coughin acute phase of chronic bronchitis.
