中药硬膏散结止痛方治疗癌症疼痛80例临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of Yinggao Sanjie Zhitong recipe in treating 80 cases of cancer pain

目的:探讨中药硬膏散结止痛方治疗癌症疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例,观察止痛效果。对照组按照癌痛三阶梯给药原则予西药常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上,加用中药硬膏散结止痛方,每48 h更换1次,10 d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。对两组患者临床疗效和卡氏评分进行比较。结果:两组疗效对比,治疗组在缓解癌痛方面明显优于对照组,两组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);卡氏评分上具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药硬膏散结止痛方在镇痛方面具有明显疗效,提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Yinggao Sanjie Zhitong recipe on cancer pain. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 40 cases in each group, and the analgesic effect was observed. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment according to the principle of three ladders to pain medicine while the treatment group was given Yinggao Sanjie Zhitong recipe on the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment. Replace a piece every 48 hours, 10 days formed one course of treatment, effect was observed after two courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy and Karnofsky score of two groups of patients were compared. Results: The efficacy of the treatment group, in terms of pain relief, was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Karnofsky score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Yinggao Sanjie Zhitong recipe had significant curative effect in analgesia and it could improve the life quality of patients.
