急诊护理风险的原因及护理风险管理的实践与成效

The cause of emergency nursing risk and practice and effect of nursing risk management

目的:研究急诊护理风险的原因及护理风险管理的实践与成效。方法:我院2014年施行急诊护理的风险管理,定制相应防范措施,规范程序规章制度,提高护士的风险意识与急诊意识,提高急救的技能培训,与2013年比较患者的满意度与风险管理施行前后护理缺陷、护理差错、安全隐患及投诉调查等情况比较。结果:急诊护理的风险管理施行后患者的满意度明显高于施行前(P<0.05),且护理质量也明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理的风险管理施行可以保障护理质量与安全。

Objective:To study the reasons of emergency nursing risk and practice and effect of nursing risk management. Methods:Our hospital started emergency nursing risk management in 2014 by formulating corresponding preventive measures, standardizing procedures and regulations, improving the nurses’ risk and emergency awareness and enhancing the first aid skills training, the patients satisfaction was compared with that of the 2013, the nursing defects and nursing errors, security risks and complaint investigation etc. before and after the nursing risk management were also compared. Results: After nursing risk management, the patients satisfaction was significantly higher than that before nursing risk management (P<0.05), and the nursing quality was significantly improved, the difference was of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of risk management of emergency nursing could guarantee the nursing quality and security.
