摘要
分析测定地表水和污水中BOD5的三类常用方法的工作原理及操作过程, 结果表明,微生物传感器法省工省时, 但时效性差, 且膜的使用寿命容易受到水样环境的影响; 无汞压力法在测量环境复杂的水样时, 相对偏差在5%左右; 稀释与接种法影响因素多, 测定复杂水样时, 重现性差, 相对偏差在5%~10%.建议将无汞压力法列入国家标准.
The operation principles and processes of three common methods for BOD_5 determination in surface water and waste water were analyzed.The results showed that microbial sensor method can save time but has poor timeliness,and the service life of the film is affected by water environment.With no mercury pressure method,the relative deviation is about 5%when measuring water environment is complex.Many factors affect Dilution and inoculation method,reproducibility is poor and the relative deviation from 5%to 10%when measuring water environment is complex.So suggested that no mercury free pressure method should be incorporated into the national standard.
