摘要
多媒体课件对教学有很大的促进作用,其有利于吸引学生的注意力,便于理解课堂上所教授的内容,有利于提高教师的教学效果,有利于增加讲授内容的信息量,使学生掌握更多的信息,有利于资源共享,有利于实践课教学,有利于学生复习、考试等。但是多媒体课件是一把"双刃剑",如果使用不当,也会导致效果欠佳。有些老师的课件图片、视频、在线链接过多,显得很凌乱。图片、视频过多过滥,不利于学生对所学课程本质和规律的把握。图片、视频过多导致了教师的浮躁心理,多媒体课件还给逃课学生提供了方便条件。解决的对策是,教研室要经常举行课件观摩,学院和学校要经常组织课件比赛,以达到相互交流、借鉴和提高教学效果的目的。建立激励机制,对获得不同级别优秀课件的老师要给予物质和精神的奖励,同时要扩大受奖面积,以调动绝大多数教师的积极性。
Multimedia courseware facilitates teaching in attracting studentsˊ attention,improving teaching effect,increasing the amount of teaching information,sharing resources,and applying practical teaching. But the improper use of multimedia course-ware which is a double-edged sword will be less effective. For instance,too many pictures,videos and online links not only hinder the students from grasping the essence and the rules of the course,but also generate fickleness among teachers. Whatˊs worse,some students will take its advantage to be absent from the class. This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve teaching,such as peer observation and courseware competition which will improve teaching efficiency. It also proposes to estab-lish incentive mechanism in which material and spiritual awards are given to teachers for stimulation.
