流动妇女随迁子女家庭教育的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on Migrant Women Education Problems in Urban Migrant Children

在城镇化背景下的人口流动过程中,举家迁移已呈上升趋势。外出务工者中女性比例增多、城市流动儿童即随迁子女数量快速增长,流动妇女随迁子女的家庭教育问题成为一个值得关注的社会问题。基于福建省流动妇女生存现状的实证调查,描述流动妇女随迁子女家庭教育的现状,认为流动妇女随迁子女家庭教育面临着文化程度偏低而无力辅导子女、缺少时间和精力辅导子女、缺乏心理教育等问题,并从加强对流动妇女的培训、提高流动妇女的薪资待遇、统筹城乡经济的协调发展、加强和促进流动妇女的能力建设等方面提出解决对策。

With the increasing of migrant women and urban migrant children, the problems of family education in children are worthy of attention. Based on the empirical investigation of migrant women in Fujian, the study collected data by quantitative research and quali-tative research methods. This study describes the family education, analyzes the problems of family education in children. In the end, it-puts forward the countermeasure proposals, suchas government should strengthen the training of migrant women, improve the flow of wom-enˊs wages, strengthen the coordination of urban and rural economic development, and promote the ability of womenˊs ability.
