Research on the System of Development and Training Young Teacher Party Members in Higher Vocational Colleges under PDCA Framework

加强高职院校青年教师党员队伍建设是贯彻全面从严治党要求,推进高职院校党建的一项重要任务。从高职院校青年教师党员发展培养现状分析入手,引入质量管理理论中的PDCA循环,并就该模型在青年教师党员发展培养体系中运用进行探讨,以期更好地促进高职院校党建工作的开展。

To promote the construction of young teacher Party memebers of higher vocational colleges is an important issue of carrying out the strict administration of the Party and promoting the Party building of higher vocational colleges. Starting with the analysis of the development status of young teacher Party members in higher vocational colleges, this thesis introduced PDCA cycle in quality manage-ment theory, and discussed the application of this model in the development and training system of young teacher Party members, in order to improve the development of the party building work in higher vocational colleges.
