摘要
高校办公室肩负着上传下达、协调各部门和服务广大师生的重任,其权力运行规范化、工作实施标准化和岗位管理精细化对其充分发挥职能作用具有非常重要的意义。高校办公室在引进企业"S O P"理念进行工作的标准化建设,规范日常工作内容、流程、结果等方面,形成管理标准化长效机制,有利于提升高校办公室管理水平,确保高校良好运行发展。
The implementation of standardized management is a guarantee of the quality and efficiency of office work in colleges. SOP---standard operating procedure, is commonly used in enterprise management to unify standards, standardize actions, and improve the quality. Introducing SOP to college offices helps to clear the standards of the content, procedure and result of daily work. Running college office in accordance with the corresponding standards and establishing long-term standardized management mechanism help to enhance the management of college offices, thus, ensure the smooth operation and development of colleges.
