不典型胎盘早剥的临床特点及影响因素观察

目的探讨不典型胎盘早剥的临床特点及影响因素观察。方法选择胎盘早剥患者65例作为研究对象,分为观察组20例,为不典型胎盘早剥,即产前疑似病例,在产后确诊。对照组45例,为典型胎盘早剥,比较2组患者影响因素以及临床特点。结果 2组胎膜早破、高血压疾病、羊水过多以及外伤差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿窒息和产后出血的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上应注重研究胎盘早剥的发病诱因,并做好预防,才能在早期明确诊断和治疗,有效改善母婴结局。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and the inlfuencing factors of the atypical placental abruption.Methods 65 patients with placental abruption as the research object,were divided into observation group 20 cases,for not typical of the placental abruption early,that is,the suspected cases of placental abruption diagnosis.The control group of 45 cases,for the typical placental abruption stripping,compared with the two groups of patients with factors and clinical characteristics.Results Premature rupture of membranes,hypertension,amniotic fluid and trauma were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was signiifcantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Should pay attention to the study of the disease of the placental abruption and the early diagnosis and treatment,to improve the maternal and infant outcomes in early diagnosis and treatment.
