摘要
滑动轴承润滑油膜的状态,对设备的正常运转是至关重要的.光纤传感技术的发展为润滑油膜厚度的定量检测,开辟了一条新的途径.以润滑油膜厚度测量技术为研究对象,根据光纤迈克尔逊干涉仪原理,提出了应用光纤迈克尔逊干涉仪探测轴的位移来测量油膜厚度的方案并搭建了相应的实验台.经润滑油膜厚度测量实验,一些有价值的实验结果被采集以验证这一测量方案的可行性.结果表明,该测试系统不仅切实可行且反应灵敏、检测效果良好,能够应用到润滑油膜状态的智能监测中.
The lubrication state of sliding bearing is vital to device’s working. With the progress in fiber-optical sensor,a new measuring approach of lubricant film was found. Based on the study on lubricant film’s measuring technology and in accordance with the principle of a fiber-optical Michelson Interferometer ,a scheme for measuring lubricant film thickness using fiber-optical Michelson Interferometer by detecting the displacement of the shaft on bearing was presented in this paper,and its experiment device is built. After experimental,some valuable experimental results are also collected,which verified the feasibility of this measurement scheme. The result shows that the measurement system is not only practicable but also sensitive,and the measurement effect is very good. Therefore, the measuring system can be applied in the intelligent measurement of lubrication film state.
