淀粉基香菇菌棒用生物降解保水膜的制备和性质

摘要 以聚乙烯醇、氧化淀粉、硬脂酸为主要原料制备可生物降解保水膜,替代塑料袋应用于香菇菌棒的保水.采用X-射线衍射仪对该生物降解保水膜进行结构表征,并对其使用性能和环境适应性进行研究.结果表明:当硬脂酸4%,PVA与氧化淀粉比例为6∶4(质量比),保水助剂6%时,该膜具有良好的力学使用性能、保水透气性和生物降解性,应用于香菇种植过程中不需人工剪口,不仅节约资源和劳动力,而且安全环保. The biodegradable water retaining film prepared by polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),oxidized starch and stearic acid was used in mushroom-stick instead of plastic bags. The film were investigated by X-ray diffraction. The mechanical properties,biodegradable properties and condition adaptability were studied. Test results showed that it has well mechanical properties,biodegradability,breathability and can preserve moisture while PVA:oxidized starch was 6∶4,stearic acid was 4%,water-retaining agent was 6%. The film of none-cutting was used in mushroom-stick can save resources and labor. It’s green and safe.
