安徽省各市创新能力综合水平评价研究

The Research of Cities in Anhui Province Innovation Ability

在国内外的研究基础上,结合安徽特有的基本情况,基于安徽省"1+6"政策体系,建立了一套评价各市创新能力综合水平指数,并详细阐述了该指数的指标选择和指标的测算方法,测算了安徽省各市的创新能力水平并进行综合排序.测算结果表明,安徽省创新能力水平总体呈现"中间高两边底"、"东边强西边弱"的局面,为各市提升创新能力水平提供参考依据.

On the basis of research at home and abroad,and combining the basic situation of anhui characteristics, this article establishes a set of Anhui technology innovation evaluation index system ,explains the the index selection and index calculation method in detail,and calculates the science and technology of the cities in anhui province. At last,this article puts forward that the innovation ability in the central and eastern district are stronger than which in all-round and wastern district respectively,and provides basis which can enhance the level of technology innovation ability.
