前交叉韧带单束解剖重建术后应用CT测量骨隧道直径的评估价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤初次单束解剖重建术后早期CT测量胫骨、股骨隧道的直径,评价术后CT测量骨隧道直径大小的价值。方法2010年8月至2014年12月广州市番禺中心医院90例前交叉韧带损伤患者,年龄15—63岁,平均(31.5±9.2)岁,男66例,女24例,行关节镜下单束ACL解剖重建,其中自体胭绳肌腱四股肌腱重建63例,异体肌腱重建27例,股骨侧隧道外Endobutton钢板悬吊式固定,胫骨侧用可吸收界面螺钉固定。术后CT平扫,测量胫骨、股骨骨隧道的直径大小,并与术中钻孔值径对比。结果术中股骨钻孔直径平均大小为(8.06±0.68)mm,胫骨钻孔直径平均大小为(8.18±0.65)mm;CT测量结果显示股骨骨隧道平均直径大小为(7.99±0.69)mm,胫骨骨隧道平均直径大小(8.16±0.66)mm。CT测量值与术中钻孔直径大小比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论ACL术后利用CT测量骨隧道,可反映出骨隧道直径真实大小,可作为ACL术后中晚期及ACL翻修的骨隧道扩大的评估的参考。
