摘要
对含Nb包晶钢连铸大圆坯表面裂纹形成原因进行分析,认为在原有工艺条件下,连铸坯在矫直段处于铸坯脆性区,易发生表面横裂纹。通过优化化学成分、调整连铸工艺等措施,矫直时避开铸坯脆性区,使连铸坯表面质量有了较大改观。
The formationreasons of surface transverse crackon Nb peritectic steel continuous casting round bloomare ana- lyzed, that in the original process conditions, continuous casting billet at the straightening segment isin brittle zone and surface transverse cracks occur easily.By optimizing the chemical composition and adjusting the continuous casting pro- cess, it is clear that the surface quality of continuous casting bloom has been improved greatly by straightening billet andavoiding the brittle zone.
