汉高祖初欲定都洛阳 ,后采纳臣下谏言 ,改都长安。历史证明高祖的决断是完全正确的。汉初诸帝经营长安 ,扬长避短 ,带动了全国都市经济的发展 ,使之成为全国政治、经济、文化中心。高祖西都长安的成功 。

At first, Han Gaozu wanted to establish his capital in Luoyang, but at the advice of his courtiers, he changed his mind and chose Chang'an as his capital. History shows that his decision was quite right. In the initial stages of Han Dynasty, the emperors operated chang'an so well by making the best use of advantages and bypassing the disadvautages that the city became the center of politics, economy and culture for the whole country to promote the economic delelopment of the whole country. The success of the capital Chang'an has left much inspiration for the later generations.
