摘要
2010年胶东换流站投运时,胶东换流站换流变压器非电量保护采用"双重化"配置,当有一套保护或者现场的非电量保护跳闸接点误动时,会造成单极闭锁,对山东电网安全稳定带来重大影响。因此,对换流变压器非电量保护进行"三取二"逻辑改造,即当三个跳闸接点中的两个跳闸接点导通时,才允许出口闭锁直流,大大减少了因保护设备或跳闸接点误动带来的安全隐患。胶东换流站直流场非电量保护也存在类似的问题,故也对其进行了"三取二"逻辑改造。
The " double" configuration is adopted for the transformer non-electricity protection in Jiaodong converter station after the commissioning in 2010. A misoperation of one protection device or a contact of non-electricity protection tripping can cause unipolar atresia, which can make significants impacts to the security and stability of Shandong power grid. "Selecting 2from 3" tripping logic transformation, that is to say, the export blocking DC is allowed only when two of three trip contacts are conduction, is adopted for the transformer non-electricity protection to reduce dangers caused by wrong tripping signals mostly in Jiaodong converter station.
