单电源供电时重合闸及继电保护方式调整

Mode Adjustment of Reclosing and Relay Protection on Single Power Supply

目前,220 k V变电站采用两条电源联络线路进行供电。当其中一条电源联络线停电时,另一条电源联络线就变为直配线路,同时变电站供电方式变为单电源供电。此运行方式下,如果不相应地改变直配线路的继电保护及重合闸方式,当线路发生瞬时性故障时可能发生重合闸不动作,降低了供电可靠性;当线路发生永久性故障时可能导致保护不动作,影响电网安全稳定运行。

At present, two power contact lines are used to supply power in 220 k V substations. When one of power contact lines is failure, the other becomes direct distribution line, meanwhile the power supply mode of substation becomes single power supply. In the operation mode, if the reclosing and relay protection mode of the direct distribution line is not adjusted,the recloser may be possible to miss operation when instantaneous fault happens, which decreases power distribution reliability; and when permanent fault happens, the relay protection may not be acted, which influences the security and stability of power grid operation.
