摘要
目的:探讨 CT 三维重建在骨关节损伤临床诊断中的应用效果。方法对37例骨关节损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,指定具有专业知识及丰富经验的临床医学影像学检查医师完成所有患者相关检查工作,记录其 X 线片、CT 三维重建检查结果。结果37例骨关节损伤患者经上述 X 线片、CT 三维重建检查后,CT 三维重建诊断正确率(100.00%)显著高于 X 线片(83.78%),诊断错误率(0)显著低于 X 线片(16.22%),差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论骨关节损伤患者经 CT 三维重建检查可显著提高其疾病诊断的正确率,有利于保障患者临床疗效及生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of CT three-dimensional reconstruction on the clinical diagnosis of bone and joint injuries. Methods The clinical data of 37 patients with bone and joint injuries were retrospectively analyzed. Designated doctor with rich experience examining all patients to complete the relevant work,and recorded the X-ray film,CT three-dimensional reconstruction results. Results Thirty-seven patients with bone and joint injuries by the X-ray,CT reconstruction after exami-nation,diagnostic accuracy of CT three-dimensional reconstruction(100. 00% )was significantly higher than that of X-ray(83. 78% );and diagnostic error rate of CT three-dimensional reconstruction(0)was significantly lower than the that of the X-ray(16. 22% ),there were significant differences(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions CT 3D reconstruction can significantly improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of bone and joint fractures,and it help protect the efficacy and quality of life of patients.
