髋臼骨折前路内固定的研究进展

Advances in researches of internal fixation of acetabular fracture via anterior approach

髋臼是人体重要的承重关节,其形态特殊,解剖复杂。髋臼骨折多由高能量损伤所致,骨折累及关节面,其外科治疗要求解剖复位、有效内固定和早期功能锻炼。随着髋臼骨折基础研究的快速发展,新的内固定材料大量应用于临床,针对不同骨折尤其各有优势。对于髋臼骨折,目前有采用单一手术入路的趋势。本文对髋臼骨折的前方入路内固定方式做一综述。

Acetabulum is one of the most vital weight-bearing joints with specific and complex anatomical morphology. Acetabular fractures are usually caused by high-energy injuries associated with the articular surface. The treatment of acetabular fractures requires anatomical reduction, stable fixation and early functional exercise. With the development of basic research in acetabular fractures, innovative im- plants are widely used and each has its own potential advantages. Recent years, there is a tendency to use the single approach for acetabular fracture. In this article, we reviewed the researches of internal fixation of acetabular fracture via anterior approach.
