摘要
高星级酒店的餐饮部门是高端消费场所,它的发展为酒店提供了较大的利润。餐饮服务是酒店服务中的重要组成部分,其质量的高低决定了酒店餐饮的健康发展。以高星级酒店为研究对象,从有形产品和无形产品两方面分析餐饮服务质量存在的问题,并在此基础上提出提升就餐环境、提高菜品品种与质量、提高员工服务意识与服务态度、提升餐饮服务标准的对策和建议,以期对我国高星级酒店餐饮服务质量的提高起到借鉴作用。
The food and beverage department of high- star hotel is the high- end consumer sites; its development provides great profits for the hotel. Food and beverage service is an important part of the hotel; its quality level determines its healthy development. With high- star hotel as the research object,it analyses the problems existing in the catering service quality from two aspects of tangible and intangible products,and then based on this,it puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion that the high- star hotel should advance the dining environment,improve the food varieties and quality,improve staff service consciousness and attitude,and promote catering service standard in order to raise its catering service quality.
