基于双重维度的新型城镇科学分类及用电需求预测

Classification Based on Dual Dimensions and Load Forecast of New-type Urbanization in China

提出了基于产业结构和用电特征双重维度的新型城镇科学分类体系,将新型城镇归纳为5个典型类别。基于浙江省城镇调研数据,对各类典型城镇进行用电需求预测,归纳出新型城镇差异化用电需求特征以及不同新型城镇在产业方面的发展潜力和趋势。为电力企业进行新型城镇供电保障和优质服务以及政府城镇发展政策的制定提供了一定支撑。

A scientific classification system of new-type towns based on two dimensions of industrial structure and power utilization is proposed.And the new-type towns are divided into five typical categories.Based on the survey data in Zhejiang province,the electricity load demand of the chosen typical areas are forecasted,and the different characteristics of power utilization are summarized,as well as the potential and development trend in the dimension of industry.The work of this paper provides a certain support for the power supply of electric distribution companies in township areas and the government＇s decision of urbanization development policies.
