企业技术创新系统的结构及过程模型——基于农业科技企业的分析

The Structure and Process Model of Technical Innovation System:A Case from Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises

企业技术创新系统是企业技术创新相关要素相互作用,并与系统外部环境存在一定的物质、能量和信息交换,以提供新技术和新产品为目的的综合体。农业科技企业技术创新系统既具有一般属性:系统性、开放性、动态调整性;又具有鲜明的行业特征,即综合性、较大的风险性、重视创新的时效性、强调社会资本的投入等。在分析农业科技企业技术创新系统内涵及特征基础上,探求农业科技企业技术创新系统的静态结构,包括资源子系统、技术子系统、管理子系统、环境子系统及转化子系统,并描绘出农业科技企业技术创新系统的动态过程模型。

Aiming at delivering new technologies and products,enterprises＇ technical innovation system is a complex within the interactions of various technical elements,and it exchanges matter,energy and information with the external environment. The technical innovation system in agricultural science and technology enterprises include both the common characteristics of systematicness,openness,dynamicity and industrial features,like comprehensiveness,higher-risk,timeliness and emphasizing on social capital investment. On this basis,the study explored the static structure of the technical innovation system in agricultural science and technology enterprises which showed resources subsystem,technical subsystem,managerial subsystem,environmental subsystem,transformation subsystem,and built the dynamic process model of the system.
