摘要
介绍11R22.5-C900全钢城市公交专用轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 059 mm,断面宽274 mm,行驶面宽度216 mm,行驶面弧度高6 mm,胎圈着合直径570 mm,胎圈着合宽度223 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.3,胎面采用纵向花纹沟设计,花纹深度21 mm,花纹饱和度75.2%,花纹周节数54。施工设计:胎面采用双复合挤出机挤出,带束层采用4层带束层结构,1~#带束层使用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2~#和3~#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4~#带束层使用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225+1HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和强度性能符合设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。
The design on 11R22.5-C900 city bus radial tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 059 mm,cross-sectional width 274 mm,width of running surface 216 mm,arc height of running surface 6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 570 mm,bead width at rim seat 223 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_1/H_2) 1. 3,longitudinal pattern grooves with pattern depth 21 mm and block/total ratio 75. 2%,total number of pitches 54. In construction design,the following processes were taken:co-extruded tread,3×0.20+6×0.35 HT steel cord for 1~# belt,3 + 8×0. 33 HT steel cord for 2~# and 3~# belt,5×0.35 HI steel cord for 4~# belt,3 + 9×0. 22 + 0. 15 HT steel cord for carcass ply;using single stage building machine to build tire,and twin mold shaping and curing press to cure tire. The finished tire test results showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance met the requirements of corresponding design and national standard,and the endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
