反恐法视域下武警反恐怖法定任务及其领导指挥关系探析

Analysis on the Relations of PAP Anti-terror Legal Missions and the Command in the View of Anti-terror Law

2015年12月27日通过的我国《反恐怖主义法》，第一次从国家法律的高度系统规定了武警部队“防范和处置恐怖活动”的职能任务，并明确规定了武警部队反恐怖行动中的领导指挥关系。这对武警部队依法反恐、有效维稳具有重要的实践意义。

On December 27, 2015, Law of PRC on Anti -terrorism was published for the first time in China. According to this law, PAP was provided with the mission to prevent and handle terrorist activities. The law also clarified the command relations of PAP when carry- ing out anti-terror missions. This is of great importance for PAP to counter terrorism and maintain social stability according to law.
