新时期新形势下，受未来复杂战场环境的影响，特种部队将面临更广阔的作战空间和多样化的作战任务。尤其是为了更加有效地维护好我国国家安全和利益，提高特种部队执行国家安全战略行动的效益，特战队员越来越多地参与跨国或跨区域的作战行动。语言文化能力作为一项文化软技能，对提高特战队员的战斗力有非常重要的作用，语言文化能力已成为影响特种部队建设与发展的重要因素之一，对于此类的研究也应得到更加广泛的重视。

In the new era and situations, influenced by the complicated future battlefield environment, special forces are facing ever wider operational space and more diverse operational missions. Especially with the puropses of more effectively maintaining the national security and interests of our nation and of promoting special forces＂ efficiency to conduct strategic op- erations of national security,special forces operators will participate in international and in- terregional operations more and more frequently. As a soft skill,language and cultural capa- bilities play a vital role in improving the warfighting capability of special forces operators, and they have turned to be one of most important factors affecting the construction and de- velopment of special forces. So wide stress should be laid on the relevant research.
