军事人力开发的基本路径探析

Exploration on the Elementary Path of Military Manpower Development

摘要 为便于在职业生涯发展的各个重要时期,能有重点、有区别地选择好适合自身特点的科学成长路径,针对军事人力开发具体方法多种多样的现状,在梳理归纳和综合分析的基础上,提出了“立足内在动力的自我提升式、强化人人成才的资本投资式、提高利用效率的资源管理式和强调制度文化的组织行为式”四种军事人力开发的基本途径。 In order to provide scientific development paths for military personnel to choose with priorities in mind and discriminatively according to their own characteristics in various important stages of their career development, directing at the reality of the multifarious methods in military manpower development, based on collation, induction and analysis by synthesis, this paper puts forward such four elementary paths as the self-development based on internal motivation, the capital investment reinforcing everyone's accomplishment, the resource management improving utilization efficiency, and organization behavior emphasi- zing institutional culture.
