《孙子兵法》十三篇以“知”作纲，贯穿始终，强调既要“知全”，还要“知准”，更要“知先”。“知胜”思想在武警部队处置突发事件的情报侦察环节有广泛的应用，主要体现在情报侦察的全面性、精确性和及时性。作为指挥员，要注意把握孙子“知胜”思想的内涵，大力加强情报侦察在处置突发事件中的作用，为圆满完成处突任务奠定基础。

Throughout the 13 articles of Sun Tzu＇s The Art of War ,knowing is focused to emphasize both＂omniscient＂and ＂prophet＂. The ＂Winning Ideology＂has a wide application for PAP to deal with intelligence in emergency handling. It mainly concerns with the comple- tion,accuraly and timeliness of intelligence reconnaissance. Commanders must grasp the connotation of the thought deeply, strengthen the role played of information investigation in emergency handling,which lays a foundation for the success of the missions.
