摘要
在反思型教师与教师教育运动中 ,涌现出多种教师教育模式。其中技术性反思模式、行动中和行动后反思模式、缜密性反思模式、人格性反思模式和批判性反思模式最具代表性。这五种模式各有优缺点 ,可以实现互补。因此 。
Many models of teacher education have emerged in the reflective teacher and teacher education movement,of which the technical reflection model ,reflection -in and on -action model,deliberative reflection model,personalistic reflectio model and critical reflection model are the most representative ones.The five models have their own strength and weakness and can be used in combination with one another in order to balance the others' deficits.Therefore,teacher education programs should pay attention to the training of all the five types of reflective capacities.
