摘要
针对镇湖生态城游客咨询服务中心采用的Y形铸钢节点,为了验证其在不利荷载组合作用下的安全性,选择其中3个代表性节点进行足尺静载试验和有限元分析,研究其承载力、刚度和应力分布规律。研究结果表明,在实际不利荷载工况下,所有Y形铸钢节点试件均处在线弹性受力状态,且试验测试最大应力分别为156,121,94 MPa,而数值模拟得到的屈服承载力接近设计强度的2.0,2.4,3.6倍,即试件工程应用具有足够的安全冗余度;试验和数值模拟均显示铸钢节点具有较大的刚度,能较好满足"强节点"的抗震设计需求。
In order to validate the safety of Y-shaped cast steel joint used in consultation center for travelers in Zhenhu Eco-City of Suzhou under the adverse combination of design loads,three representative Y-shaped cast steel joints were selected as full-scale specimens to carry out static loading test and finite element analysis so as to study their mechanical performances,including the bearing capacity,stiffness and stress distribution pattern. The results showed that all Y-shaped cast steel joints were in linear-elastic state under the adverse loading,the test measurement values of maximum principal stress were 156,121 and 94 MPa respectively,and the bearing capacity for yielding from simulation was 2. 0,2. 4 and 3. 6times of designed values,so it possessed larger safety redundancy. Y-shaped cast steel joint owned larger stiffness,which could meet the design requirement of strong joint.
