摘要
针对大柱距屋面檩条在带有悬挂运输设备时的受力特点,结合某炼钢连铸工程厂房屋面设计实例,运用PKPM软件,对屋面檩条的受力情况进行模拟,以檩条用钢量为优化目标,分析得出檩条优化设计的方法及相应的挠度控制参考指标。
According to the mechanical characteristics of the purlin of large column spacing roof with suspension equipment,and combining with the design example of a steelmaking and continuous casting engineering workshop roof,the stress state of roof purlins were simulated by using the software PKPM so as to optimize the steel quantity of purlin. This paper analyzes the optimization design method for purlin and the corresponding deflection control reference index.
